Universal Energy Services, Inc. has recently entered into letters of intent to acquire two energy services companies Powertown Line Construction and Williston Crane.

PowerTown Line Construction - provides installation, maintenance and replacement for the power lines used in the transmission and distribution of energy to the end users.

Williston Crane - provides heavy equipment used in the maintenance and construction industry.
